The Brief.

As a key focus for the future of the organisation, Sport Wales wanted to further develop its “Inclusive Athlete Development Programme”. There had previously been no clear communications strategy in place and there was no consistent marketing around this area, meaning the team were falling short of their objectives. So they were looking for guidance on how to identify and reach its target audiences; create effective communications; and engage key stakeholders within the organisation.
