We are a collective. Good people, doing great work. We play to our smarts but know ultimately, we’re the sum of our experience; whether that’s in-house or working in agencies. It’s this diversity of thought that allows each of us to inspire, be inspired and excel, together.
We see beyond the basics; understanding the tangible drivers of business growth, from client, sector and industry knowledge. We are collaborators working with integrity, pragmatism and (com)passion. Always intentional.

When we set-up the company over ten years ago the social and environmental impact of our business helped shape our purpose. Having seen the good, the bad and the out-and-out ugly of agency-life, and the corporate world, we knew there was a better, happier way of working.
Becoming one of the first B-Corp marketing agencies in Wales, we’ve built on that vision. A vision of an equitable, regenerative economy, supporting people and the planet before profit.
Now accountable to the B-Lab measurements of continual improvement in inclusion, independence and credibility, we are intentional with our time and effort.
For us it’s always been about individual responsibility through community action. That’s why B-Corp is an essential accreditation for us.
Beyond your CV
Ambition not apathy.
We’re a passionate bunch, we have perspective but care about the work we do, and the people we do it with. It’s how we stay energised (plus a whole load of stand-a-spoon-up strong coffee). We’re all about growth and wanting to do better. Learning from the highs and lows, together… with plenty of back slaps and high fives along the way, and all with good humour. Afterall, we’re in marketing, we’re not world leaders (not yet).
