Recruiting: Senior Account Manager

We are looking to bolster our Account Management team here at Station Rd. and are searching for an awesome Senior Account Manager to come and join the team. Someone with agency/cross channel communications experience. Someone who is at ease working with a diverse range of clients in predominantly B2B sectors globally, that will be responsible for helping to lead the development and delivery of strategic communications alongside our digital, content, PR and creative teams. Someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills and has a true creative and curious nature that is always looking to push the bigger picture for our clients.

These are some of things we are looking for:

  • Experience of working within a similar role with a marketing or communications background at a senior level
  • Excellent communication skills and can easily engage with people at all levels of a business
  • Understanding of the full communications mix and how we can get the best out of them for our clients
  • Up to date knowledge of the latest trends across paid, owned and earned media
  • Can easily produce accurate evaluation and communications reports for the client
  • Has experience managing a team
  • Has experience of managing and reporting on budgets / financial plans
  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities

Ideally this is the experience you would have:

  • Min 4 years’ experience within a marketing or communications environment
  • Salary – Competitive

  • Experience at managing and driving the Account Management process within an Agency

  • Experience of writing short form and long form copy
